The perfect do it at home pilates class!
This is absotlutely the best, I love it!
Without going to a pilates class, you can get a clear understanding what it is with this kit.
This kit contains 2 Cd's, flashcards and a little workbook.
The workbook contains a section to record about your daily pilates workout and some tips and general information about Pilates. This is the most encouraging and professional program for doing at home I ever tried. I did aerobic, yoga, tai chi, belly dance video's to have a workout at home.
Either these video's go to slow or the built up is too fast you get frustrated. After a couple of times you get get fed up looking at the video over and over again. This is not a video. It is even better actually. Because you don't have to look up at the screen to follow the instruction. Brooke Siler gives the most clear and encouraging instructions on the Cd's. You lay yourself down on the mat and listen to the instructions. She guides you very clear through the exercises in a pleasant way. It is suitable for beginners but also intermediate. She explains step by step and every detail.It is just like a class. The flashcards helps you to review and get a better picture of what to do.The cd's are easily devided in sections so you can choose everyday where to begin.
It is the first time I do Pilates. I'm very impressed by the method.I have done yoga, tai chi and all kinds of body work for years. I just bought this to try it out. This is absolutely very good. It is good and it is even fun! I'm doing it now every day and you feel the progress. After a couple of days I felt stronger and more flexible without pain or strain.
