Synopsis
For every man who always wondered why some guys have all the luck, Mystery, considered by many to be the world's greatest pickup artist, finally reveals his secrets for finding and forming relationships with some of the world's most beautiful women. Mystery gained mainstream public attention for his role in Neil Strauss's "New York Times" bestselling expose, "The Game". Now, he has written the definitive handbook on the art of the pickup. He developed his unique method over years of observing social dynamics and interacting with women in clubs to learn how to overcome the guard that many women put up to deflect come-ons from "average frustrated chumps." His tips include: give more attention to her less attractive friend at first, so your target will get jealous and try to win your attention; always approach a target within three seconds of noticing her; if a woman senses your hesitation, her perception of your value will be lower; don't be picky; approach as many groups of people in a bar as you can and entertain them with fun conversation. As you move about the room, positive perception of you will grow. Now it's easy to meet anyone you want; and, smile.

Guys who don't get laid, don't smile.

Good theory - but where's the practice?2
The book's all theory - you need one of his $2,950 courses to make it work, or get a book on it, as he tells you to do on page 77. So what's the point of buying this book? The first 67 pages are his definitions and his hugely time wasting theory. There's loads of repetiton.

The book lacks `canned material' - whole examples of everything you might say and do from start to finish. If there was just one chapter on it, the book would justify itself. But that would be the only chapter you would need to learn, and its missing.

I've finished it, re-read it and summarised the useful bits: I only got one and three quarter pages of useful info. It has not equipped me to even begin the first "opener."

Mixed feelings about this v.practical book - maybe a starting point.3
'Mystery' says that to use these tips u have to go out four times a week - evenings.for 4 hrs a piece and approach 12 women per night.erm - don't really have the inclination to be that desperate and am too lazy to be honest.the book has some good ideas but it all makes u a bit cynical really, informing u of 20 million ways to lie to get women into bed.it all seems a bit sad.there are some good tips n info but it's average. 'The rules of the game may be more practical' and 'The game'is a much more enjoyable read. 'Mystery' isnt exactly ugly as sin either which makes u a bit cyncical.ho hum.nevermind.

Nothing to fear3
Me being a woman, I wanted to see what methods you men use topick us up. I must admit, after reading this I had nothing to fear about some secret method I never knew about, I am safe, so youmen can read on and live in hope.
