un-put-down--able!
Lilla is Ibiza Discovered's main character. She, like many teens, she would much rather enjoy her summer somewhere hot, preferably with the added bonus of boys! She finds the perfect plan in staying with her dad, who is a superstar DJ over there. The idea takes her over and somehow; small details get overlooked… like mentioning the idea to her dad!
The book is realistic and authentic, with a style similar to the “Megan” series by Mary Hooper. I read it in about 4-ish hours [however I do read fast] but this is mostly due to the fact I couldn’t stop reading it! There is a small warning on it saying “for teenagers only” and another one saying “Just don’t let your little sister get her hands on them”, and these warnings are well deserved. Rarely was there a page without a swear word, there are drugs references and although sexually explicit wouldn’t be the right word, there is *certainly* sexual content.
However, don’t let the rating put you off, it is a brilliant book and one of the best I’ve read. If you want a book to read in holiday, this is it!
