Very average.
Rubbish really - especially when compared to his excellent quit smoking books. Just a bunch of collected platitudes - one on each page.

Addicted to Allen Carr
After giving up smoking and drinking thanks to Allen Carr books, I was starting to worry. No problem, he's written a book to sort that out. Not being able to find Allen Carr's "Easy way to make money", I thought this might be the closest. Now I'm eagely awaiting Allen Carr's "Easy way to quit Allen Carr books"

Expected better
about 5 years ago i stopped smoking using a book by Allen Carr i bought at a school fete for 10p! From 50 a day to zero makes that a great investment,the book was superb.
Sadly it set me up for a big disappontment with this one,having paid full price i thought it was as bad as the first one was good-i nearly reached for a cig(only kidding)
Sorry Allen,but i expected better.
