MY CLAIM
You can eat as much of your favourite foods as you want to, as often as you want to, and be the exact weight you want to be. You can acheive this without having to diet or undertake a special exercise regime, without using willpower or gimmicks, and without feeling deprived and miserable.
Before I discovered the information contained in this book, most of my attempts to lose weight were short-lived. While weight loss was my main objective, everthing was fine. But whenever I was faced with some seemingly more urgent project, my resolution weakened. I would return to the same eating habits, and hence the same weight, as before. Consequently for many years I believed that being overweight was the one problem that could not be solved by my method. The essence of the method is that with the correct frame of mind it's very easy to get completely free of any kind of addictive behaviour, once and for all. But you can't stop eating.
Fortunately, you don't have to. What happened to make me realise my method would work for weight control? I owe it all to a squirrel.
