Product Description

Grace Flint: The best undercover cop in the business and - since plastic surgeons re-built her shattered face - probably the most beautiful. Now Flint has a new career running operations, and she's running headlong into trouble.

Operation Pentecost: An elaborate sting designed by Flint to trap Karl Kremer, former East German spy turned financial manipulator. But Pentecost has become a snare for Flint’s undercover agents. One agent is already dead, and the evidence of treachery is mounting.

Mandrake: MI6 codename for the traitor close enough to Flint to anticipate her every move. Who is Mandrake and who in the US government is determined to protect him?

In Paul Eddy's stunning second novel Grace Flint is back in the firing line, tougher, bolder (and in more trouble) than before. (20020706)

Great... right up to the last page2
The heroine of the tale, Grace Flint, is a great character, and the story includes some very atmospheric parts set in Germany, following an ex-Stasi antagonist. I really enjoyed the book, right up until the last page... when I was completely let down by the ending.

A very intense Spy story5
Paul Eddy has done a very good job in creating a story where back stabbing, intrigue, death squads and more are used to make sure this story will not bore you. The story starts out with the FSF an organization that tries to pull money from rougue organizations and fund their own reasearch with it to catch more bad guys. The first act is gone wrong and spins of in a search for the person who has bled the information to the bad guys. The story from that moment will only intensify as more and more people and organizations are involved in the crimes and their coverups.

I very much loved this book if you like spy thrillers with easy writing used to tell the story then this might be your book
