Great - buy it!
A very good first book for someone interested in fungi. Nicely laid out and easy to follow. I'm a photographer and have used this to help with many IDs. Not the most extensive book - but fits in the pocket and has all the details you'd need if you are anything other than a specialist.
Excellent
This is an excellent pocket guide at a bargain price. Decent pictures and very good descriptions by two people who know what they are talking about. The only criticism I have is that the fungi are ordered in the most perverse manner, rather than by genus which is what I would have expected.
Excellent
Excellent first book for a beginner, clear photographs taken in the field, and excellent descriptions. Good size for carrying around as it will fit in a large pocket or camera bag. The fungi sizes are all shown in relation to the size of the book and there is a printed ruler on the inside cover. Recommended.
