This book isn't for the faint hearted.
Steve's collected recipes from all over the states.
Each chapter is fleshed out with background info on a BBQ restauranter whose secrets he's tried to reproduce.
A BBQ classic!
As an American expat in Britain, I was eager to take advantage of this year's BBQ summer (and stop that snickering) by buying a new BBQ (a delightful Weber One Touch, if you must know) and this book, which I had seen back in the states.
This is such a great book for anyone interested in American BBQ. Tons of great recipes, easy to read and follow, and nothing too exotic (though "liquid smoke" is not the easiest thing to find in the UK.) I absolutely love this book!
