I found it excellent for using to explain to non ADD'ers
This is the first book I found which explains medically aboout ADD it also helped me to explain to non ADD people what it is about. And for my parents especially my mum because I could give her all the neuro biologial info in a way I could understand (She is in the medical profession so giving her a medical overview helped her understanding) But above all it gave the information in a sensible straightforward way without side tracking and going from the point which so many books do.
