Top quality fitness manual5
As a recently qualified personal trainer myself I have had to read many books and manuals about this subject as you can imagine. Matt Roberts has, with this book, put all the information that any layman outside of the industry could need into one nifty, easy to read package. Each section goes into detail but without using jargon that will alienate, it is concise and clear with approachable and non threatening. It covers cardio training and resistance training and explains the needs and methods for both, it has a nice section devoted to dietary advice and ways people can easily improve their food intake and the training plans at the end really work, I can vouch for that as I have seen their effectiveness first hand. If you want to improve your fitness and/or physique then this is the book to get.

What a great book - gives you a wide range of exercises to either burn fat, tone up or work on one particular area. Page references are a great help - showing you how to do the exercise your plan encourages. There are also a few pages on what you should eat along with meal suggestions. Some great help was the training pages - how to train for your first marathon, what exercises you should do to improve your golf swing! Highly recommended, a great fitness book to have in your collection.
