Old but not out
Fantastic book about big bet poker. It's not really going to help you glean that extra 0.2 BB/hr you're looking for at the 1:2 paradise game, but it'll help you on real no-limit tourneys.
Most importantly it has excellent descriptions on how and when to bluff. They will REALLY improve your big bet poker if you didn't know all that already.

Excellent buy
I recently purchased three poker books, this being one, and two by Phil Hellmuth and Slanksy. Of all the three, I'd probably put this one up there as the best.

Although it is written as a collection of short articles there are some real good points in here which will definately help your poker play. Aimed really at those at the begginner or intermediate level it will give you a good understanding of the basic concepts to limit at no-limit cash game play. Although it includes only one chapter on tournament play, most of the ideas are still valid.

Definately worth a try.
