Product Description

An old favourite - Mensa Math & Logic Puzzles -ets a brand-new look: it's now in colour! And the puzzles are fantastic: they're the kind of challenge found at the World Puzzle Championships, and they require no language to solve. For example, you are given a grid of dots that has some numbers (0, 1, 2, or 3) in them. You need to connect the dots in one continuous path so that each number is surrounded by that many lines. So a "3" means that three of the four sides around it must be connected. All the puzzles are similar abstract exercises, and all have unique solutions that can be reached using pure logic. They're difficult-and really satisfying exercise for your brain. About MENSA:- Mensa is the internationally renowned high IQ society which has a worldwide membership of almost 100,000 members in more than 100 countries. There are 28,000 members in the UK, including 2,200 Junior Mensans under the age of 16. To join Mensa, the only requirement for membership is that an individual's IQ falls within the top 2 per cent of the population.

Get those grey cells working......5
If you enjoy logic problems then this book is ideal for you. There are different types of puzzles for you to work out. I particularly enjoyed the tents and the minesweeper varieties. Still haven't worked out how to do battleships though. Will keep you engrossed for hours.

A Maths Dream3
This is a good book who enjoys a logical(Mathematical) challenge, and wants keeptheir ming throbbing. I would recomend this book to anyone who likes a challenge. On the Down Side, Not as appealing as the Mensa: keep your mind fit, which is more general in their challenges, and are possibly abit more fun and easier to pick up the concept.

So in conclusion, I like this book but it could be tweeked abit
