Must read!
This book is not the traditional step-by-step exposition of the subject. It is a collection of different articles which Feuerstein has written over a number of years. Each chapter is independent - and sometimes quite short - more like a magazine article (which most of them probably where..). It is a very interesting and readable book - a must read I think for a lot of yoga interested people who wants to go deeper into the theory (mostly) and practice. My paperback has almost fallen to pieces - not very good quality combined with brining it along for several in-country and out-of-country yoga courses.

It is much easier reading than for instance Feuersteins "The Yoga Tradition"
