Well formatted for children
The childrens britannica CD-rom successfully uses images, video and sound clips and maps to bring educational topics to life for your children. I found the resource to be well written and constructed with 'young learning' in mind. I have particularly found the homework helpdesk useful for the ever increasing homework demands that have been placed upon me! The Childrens CD-Rom is designed for children of a primary school age but it might be worth noting that the Ultimate reference DVD contains 3 encyclopedias (primary, secondary & Adult) as I recently discovered!

For the price this product is fantastic. Be warned that the media content is not great, but for general 'looking stuff up' it is good.
