A good companion to series one
This is a good companion to series one. It gives a nice mix of detail about the episodes, the background ideology, and information regarding the cast, with some great screen shots and behind the scenes pictures. It was a little lacking in information about the John Winchester character, but that's only a tiny thing.

When compared again the likes of the "Supernatural: Monsters, Spirits, Demons and Ghouls" (which was a dire let down) this is 5 stars all the way.

i bought this book a couple of weeks ago. since it's arrival to my house, i have read and read it over and over.

i am a huge fan of the show. i watch it every week and have drove my family insane watching the show as i "never shut up talking about it".

Supernatural Companion Book Series 1
Supernatural is a great tv series and one that can take over your life with trivia and facts from the show, so that's it in a nutshell I have no life. This book gives you a complete run down of series 1 of the popular tv show and with cast and crew trivia and notes on each episode this makes it a great and interesting read.

The first season started off like an x-files show but then towards the end of series one we soon discover it has it's own mythology with demons and monsters.

Each series has it's own companion book with the same episode reviews and I highly recommend any fan of the show getting these as they give you more information about the creation of the show and possibly what the directors and producers changed at the last minute.
