Hard work but worth the effort!
To get the most from this book you need to approach it with a lot of curiosity and crucially, perseverance. It is not an easy read. But the ideas contained within will benefit you enormously once you`ve put them into practice. Several months is the likely timescale. I got my copy before christmas 2000 and have read it many times. In early summer 2001 i feel as though i have grasped many of the ideas. Realistically it is a book that can improve the quality of your life but only if you invest the time and effort, otherwise don`t bother.
