Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 Official Guide and Coaching DVD - Not for Nintendo Wii!
I have never played any of the former PES series but love the game and thought this guide would be perfect. However I play on the Wii.

A word of caution though for this guide: Where there is great support for the PLAYSTATION 3, Xbox 360, PC versions and a PS2 version there is NOTHING for the Nintendo Wii version.

Had I known this prior to ordering, well, obviously I would not have ordered it.

Invaluable Guide
I bought this book because I was fed up with feeling cheated by PES5 & figured I must be doing something wrong. The book has given me lots of sound advice &, in particular, I manage to foul a little less because of it.

The book is broken down into relevant sections & actually makes an interesting/enjoyable cover-to-cover read. The Coaching Manual section is a must read for all levels of PES5 player. It has even inspired me to try using 'Tactics' which I've never bothered with before now.

I still feel that PES5 lacks integrity & frequently favours the CPU against the player, but at least this books gives you a good insight into the workings of the game.
