Average customer review:Product Description
Books on sports injuries are common, but "The Anatomy of Sports Injuries" takes a more fundamental approach than the others, taking the reader inside the body to show exactly what is happening when a sports injury occurs. At the heart of the book are 300 full-color illustrations that illustrate the sports injury, together with 200 line drawings of stretching, strengthening, and rehabilitation exercises that the reader should use to speed up their recovery process. Author Brad Walker brings years of expertise - he works with elite-level and world-champion athletes, and lectures on injury prevention - to this how-to guide.

best buy
sports injuries book is easy to read and understand, great to support to my studies and research, this book is like my 'bible' i take it to my work placement to read up on injuries the players are or have suffered. great price.
Pretty good - does the job
I give it 4 stars due to the lack of descriptions for rehabilitation exercise drawings, but apart from that this is realy good concise reference book. Very pleased with it.
