Product Description

Annis Abraham Jr was the son of a self-made millionaire, who started watching Cardiff City Football Club with his uncle at a young age. At 12, aside from working in his father's nightclubs and casino, he was travelling all over the country to see Cardiff play, and soon became involved in the team's notorious hooligan element, known as he Soul Crew. In this book Annis describes the early years and the characters he met, clashes with firms from Newport and Swansea, and his attempts to invest in the club and become its director. This is no ordinary hooligan memoir.

honest and truthfull4
the main reason i like this book is,its completley different to any other football hooligan book i have read. The author has pulled a masterstroke by getting the fans to tell thier stories about what happened to them when folowing the bluebirds. The fans have been very honest and the laughs and the scrapes they got into has made for a great read. we at cardiff city for many years have always said that we never claimed to be invincsable or be the number one firm, but as the fans say we are often more disorganised than organised but can still live with the best on there day. My favourite chapter is the first because for me personally i have a lot in common with it.

Diary of the Real Soul Crew....Good read5
A fantastic insight into one of Britain notorious football firms.

Interesting contributions from various rival firms to bring together a true reflection of football in the 1980's & 90's.

This book would appeal to any football supporters not just the followers of Cardiff City.

This book is a top read and heres my review5
I disagree with the above review. I do however agree that Gillys hapter could have been better and didnt really say a lot, but overall the book is a top read and I disagree that is is only for Cardiff fans. Many, Many other teams/firms are mentioned and apart from that, all Casuals/hooligans from any team will be able to relate to the stories in this book. A top addition to the terrace culture library. Look forward to volume 2.
