Mars meets Pride and Prejudice!5
WOW! A MUST READ MANGA!
I truly recommend Mars to all sorts of manga lovers because this is not just an ordinary typical romance manga. It is more in depth than you may think. Mars is one of the best loved romance manga in Japan.
What can I say about this manga because I can't seem to put it down! Mars is not your average teenage high school romance and Fuyumi Soryo did a magnificent job of capitivating the characters emotions.
Kira is a shy high school student who is a talented artist. Whereas, Rei, an arrogant, rebellious and violent playboy. They are exact opposites in every way, but when Kira sees Rei kissing a statue of Mars, she overcomes her fears and asks him to model for her. And, to everyone's surprise, Rei agrees.
But before they can share their togetherness they must conquer their own demons.

My favourite shojo!5
Ahh... I love this book. It's quite easy to explain how you get lost in it, and can't cope until you get the next one. It's addictive. Rei's an amazing character, he's so deep and complicated, and hard to understand. Where as Kira would hide and not say any thing, Rei would do the complete opposite, and speak his thoughts, it's kind of hard to see where they fit if you haven't read the book. But they do. MARS is all about there relationship, the problems they have and their lives, but it's deeper than that. It's also about Rei's backround and how he's affected by traumatic events that still haunt him, and Kira's inability to cope. This book (shojo) blows your mind and heart, it's funny and sad, cute and scary. I love it!
