A great book - not for the faint hearted
One thing you really do need to know as that this is a truley stunning book. Before you even open it. It really is so well bound, you just know that what's inside is something special. Hence the high price.

The recipes held within though are certianly not for the faint hearted. You really have to love cooking to make the exquisite desserts that are held within. If that's you, then I have no hesitation in recomending this to you. if not, you're better of with something by Gordon Ramsey.
