Land of bliss..
The second album by this chanteuse extraordinaire contains some of her greatest hits and best Soul ballads of our time.
Just to name a few : the sultry 'Baby Come To Me',the languid 'Make It Like It Was','the luxuriant and magnificent 'What Goes Around'.
A particular mention goes to the jazz medley 'Someday We'll All Be Free/Save The Children'( Donny Hathaway,Marvin Gaye),universally acclaimed as one of the prime jazz cuts by a female vocalist.Please,just sample it on line!.If it doesn't touch and move you,you must be insensitive.Or simply dead!
This is a gorgeous album by a Lady with a voice of satin and unmeasurable class !
