A sexy piece of 90s groove
This album was recorded in the 1990s, but it has a distinct 1980s feel to it - the keyboards, the drum programming, the breathy invocations to sex in the lyrics. You can almost feel the chilling air conditioning of an 80s dance floor !

Lisa Fischer is best known for her stunning vocal backing while on tour with the Rolling Stones. She is a sexy lady and plays up to that image here. Most of the songs are invitations to her lover to share some quality time with her.

It's all a bit samey at times and there's certainly nothing ground breaking here, and neither is Fischer's magificent voice ever used to its maximum effect as it is with the Stones, but as an accompaniment a a bottle of wine and a romantic evening in, it is both upbeat and sensual. Ideal mood-setting mid evening fare.
