Customer Reviews
If you like Bryan Adams you will LOVE Corey Hart
Canada's second favourite son (apart from Bryan Adams) is highly underated. This compilation is one of the best collections by a certain artist to be released. From early on in his career he has taken full charge over his music (producing, remixing etc..), and this shows on this mighty fine album. From blistering classics like Eurasian Eyes to Don't Take Me To The Racetrack, this is a classic and underated album. The album spands his career from 1983-88 and shows what a talented artist he is.A definate must!
Totally Underrated
I got into Corey Hart when travelling a great deal around the BC coast of Canada in the late 1980's. What I do not understand is why the track Truth Will Set You Free is not included on this album. The answer most probably is that it was never released as a single. Irrespective of that, every track is excellent. I have never been too over-enthusiastic on excellent song writers like Hart singing/arranging other people's work, but there you are. Thankfully this does not occur too often. Sunglasses At Night will always be a classic and the rest of this album stands up to his ability to hold you spell-bound. Timeless. I am still saddened by the fact that Corey Hart and Tom Cochrane do not obtain hardly any recognition in the UK. You really do not know what you are missing, especially from the latter. You don't get into the Canadian Hall Of Fame for nothing.
