Amazon.co.uk Review
Four years on from New Jersey, Bon Jovi re-emerged with stern expressions, short hair and outfits noticeably lacking on the sequinned codpiece front. New Jersey had hinted that Jon Bon Jovi wished to be taken seriously--as seriously as Bruce Springsteen, for example--and Keep The Faith confirms this suspicion. However, while Springsteen has been able to redeem himself for his occasional buffooneries with an innate self-conscious modesty, Jon Bon Jovi's career has been characterised by a failure to get to grips with his own absurdity--this, remember, is the man who sang "I've seen a million faces/And I've rocked them all" without so much as smirking. This is why the songs on Keep The Faith where Bon Jovi attempt profundity--like the interminable, point-free "Dry Country"--are virtually unlistenable, and why such ear candy as "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead" and "Bed Of Roses" is harmlessly beguiling. --Andrew Mueller

Another Great Album From Bon Jovi
In my review i cannon't say anything that the other reviewers haven't already said, ''Keep the Faith'' is a truely magnificent album and includes one of my all time favorite songs that Bon Jovi has ever recorded, "Bed Of Roses" --- a great track and one that i never do tire of. This album is one that you will play again and again, it rocks as to many other Bon Jovi albums such ad "New Jervesy" an "Slippery When Wet" 10/10 --- My second favorite Bon Jovi album, 2nd only to "SWWW".
If you don't own this album, you're missing out on a masterpiece and an essential listening album.
Eclipses everything they've done since
It says something about the quality of 'Keep the Faith' when an album as good as 'These Days' can't hold a candle to it. This has always been my favourite Bon Jovi album and unless they can pull something out of the bag with future releases then this will always be their greatest work.
It startles me to find 5 star reviews of Crush, Bounce, Have a Nice Day and Lost Highway because none of them have been anywhere near the level of songwriting and musicianship of Keep the Faith. This is a truly brilliant piece of work that I doubt the band will ever better.
Dry County!!!!!
This is when Bon Jovi really ditched the big hair and the spandex and showed just how talented a group they really were, a great album, some really great songs here, "I Believe", "Keep the Faith", "In These Arms", "Bed Of Roses" and the incredible "Dry County" (which merits a five star album rating alone) one of the best songs I have ever heard in my life, if any one song was gonna give Jovi the praise and credit they deserved for the right reasons it would have been that one, unfortunately a lot of people could never look past "Living on a Prayer" and never gave Jovi the chance or the credit they deserved, and for that reason they have now sold out, ditched their fans and what made them a good band and conformed so they can grasp whatever success they can, sad but true, if youre only familiar with Jovi's new stuff take the time to go through their earlier efforts, where they put the music first and wrote some damn good songs.
