Amazon.co.uk Review
On their 1997 release, Dude Ranch, juvenile hardcore-pop band Blink 182 tickled the funny bone with an assortment of dumb sex jokes, off-colour artwork and between-song skits, including one of a dog drinking from a freshly peed in toilet. So, two years down the road, have the band matured at all? One look at the cover of Enema Of The State, which features cover art of a tarted-up blonde nurse donning a rubber glove, provides the easy answer. Fortunately, Enema supports the humour with strong musicianship. The songs are more dynamic than those on Dude Ranch, sounding like a cross between the Descendents and Fountains of Wayne. And unlike the glut of alt-rock releases that offer one or two memorable songs, Enema is flush with instantly memorable melodies and ear-pleasing harmonies. Good, dirty fun--no more, no less. --Jon Wiederhorn
CD Description
Fourth album by the San Diego formed punk pop trio, and their first for MCA. Their music has been described as being similar to that of Green Day, NOFX and Pennywise. The hit singles, 'All The Small Things' and 'What's My Age Again' are included.

U CANT GET ENOUGH OF IT!
I've had this album since October '99 and i have listened to it every day since. I decided to buy it when i heard 'Whats my age again?' last summer in the states. None of my mates were interessted when i mentioned Blink 182 because they didn't know who the hell they were. But that soon changed. When Blink released 'All the small things' this year i had people queing up to borrow the album for about 3 months, but i couldn't let it go. It is a class album definately my all time fave. All the songs get you in a great mood but the songs that stand out to me are definately, 'DUMPWEED','DON'T LEAVE ME','WHATS MY AGE AGAIN?','GOING AWAY TO COLLEGE','ADAM'S SONG' and 'MUTT'. Although i've mentioned virtually every song make no mistake the others are fantastic tunes. So go and buy it baby!
Unbelievable!
This is perhaps the best cd of blink 182. It is the fourth cd after buddha, chesire cat, and dude ranch. Up to now, it has sold: Canada 4 x platinum, Australia 3 x platinum, New Zealand 2 x platinum, Italy 2 x platinum and gold in Germany, U.K., Austria, Switzerland, Mexico, Indonesia, Philippines. It has excellent songs as Adam's song, All the small things, and what's my age again. This cd is actually the one that made the blink boys famous to the public and lead them to win Mtv prizes. You can listen to it again and again, without stop, and it is ofcourse worth the money! Do not lose this one, whether you are a blink 182 fan or a punk rock music fan in general! Fantastic!
LIVE 4 THE ENEMA!
Blink 182 are one of few bands who take juvenile humour and use it to an extent that people can still love them (unlike upcomers such as Hot Action Cop who took it a bit too far)and their 1999 smash hit "Enema Of The State" was such an example. 4 years on , you can still hear the sounds of the young kids chanting "All The Small Things" or the nice sound of Tom's Guitar on "What's My Age Again", and for good reason, this is their masterpiece, brilliantly crafted, ideas galore with stereotype party girls (The Party Song) high school romance (Going Away To College) and strange dreams (the brilliant Aliens Exist)and all round sound that is guaranteed to get a party going (even with Adam's Song the saddest song on the album)
Don't Live For Life, LIVE FOR THE ENEMA!!
