Mellow
Neal Casal writes wonderful songs, in the way that Paul Simon or Nick Drake used to. The poetic, singer-songwriter aspect is filtered through a country-rock sound similar to the Eagles' first album. This collection of strong melodies, beautiful acoustic guitar playing and soaring vocals takes you back to sunny days you thought would never end.
