Customer Reviews
this is quite good
among all songs of the album song of a baker is the best most rockin song but there is more pop like rock n roll songs here too (lazy sunday, itchyco park cahtchy bu notthe best most rockin)
donkey rides a penny a glass is good and the great tin soldier starts smooth but swinging with a flowing piano and later rocks out!
fantastic!
Probably the best band of the Sixties.
The Small Faces are simply superb.
If you like bands like The Beatles, The Byrds, Jefferson Airplane then this is a must have buy, especially if you don't posses any Small Faces material. The beat of guitar and drums is extremely catchy and along with Marriotts memorable vocals means this will very quickly become a well used cd. You could easily liken the style to that of The Beatles and you'll wonder why they got so little fame in comparison. Every track seems to manage to get you smiling or taping a foot. It manages to be rocky, laid back and melodic all in one. This is a truely class album and for under a tenner will be the best value album an nearly any collection.
