Customer Reviews

Excellent mix of the old stuff and the new, keeping it FUNKY5
The Heavies are still keeping it funky with this album, with a selection of some good older funky tunes from pervious albums, now performed with their new lead singer, which has the most wonderful voice of all time, plus some more recent stuff with the likes of 'You've go a friend' and 'Apparently Nothing', make this one to add to your collection or start a new one with, it's a must have, the tracks are brilliant as you would expect from the Heavies keeping the funk funky and the soul soulful, also managing to mix the two styles together which they have always done so well. you just have to say 'Gimme one of those'

Groove and move....5
....to this brilliant album. Well done BNH! The music is very funky indeed.

The kind of album you can put in your CD player and leave on repeat. I saw them live in Wembley Stadium in 1992 when they were supporting Simply Red. The stadium was packed with nearly 75,000 people and they simply blew everyone away, I've been a fan ever since that day.

Best re-make of Midnight at the Oasis. Very hard to find, but played heavily on Jazz FM London. Have been trying to find a copy for a while, get it, won't be disapointed...Just good music.
