God of the Pub Bands
Chuck Berry - the father of Rock & Roll and probably the most overplaid songwriter, McCartney included. Almost every band in history has performed "Johnny B. Goode", so it's nice to see here some of the more deserving songs which don't necessarily get airtime. Berry has far more talent than he is given and this album, although 100% R&R shows that it doesn't have to all sound like Status Quo.

Excellent cd by Chuck berry and with some of his very best songs with a mixture of rock and roll blues jazz cahjon and latin American infuleneces.
Would recomend it to anyone. Excellent stuff.
