Synopsis

Excellent!
I have used this video for years and years, before, during and after being a total gym freak and I agree with most, this is one of the best workouts all round for the home. I too am on my second video as I wore the first one out and I came on this site today to see if I could get it on DVD as no doubt in the near future we will no longer be using video players! I have also bought other video's / DVD's ranging from other step ones such as Reebok and also tae bo, Ministry of Sound etc, etc. I find that some sections on other home video's bore me but I enjoy every section of this one!
If you like step, you'll love this :)
My only complaint also is that it isn't available on DVD:)
My Favourite Step Video
I had this video for years and it is my absolute favourite. Keli Roberts is the instructor and she really makes it fun. The music is great and I really enjoy working out to this. It did take a while before I could actually finish the step section but the music helped because I got to know the routine by recognising the track I was on. I found the other sections more challenging. The abdominal section is hard but it does work. The section for legs is really hard and sort of ballet stretches are used. The first time I did the whole video was a real achievement. I don't have a VHS player any more and am trying to get it on DVD. It just might motivate me to start exercising again after a rather long break!.
The best I have ever found
I bought this video when it first came out and have used it regularly since. My favourite section is the step work-out and everytime I put on weight this is the fastest and most effective way to get rid of it. In fact if it did't build up my calves I'd use it all the time. Don't let that put you off though - a temporary increase in calf thickness for a permanent reduction in stomach and thighs is well worth it and they reduce soon enough after you stop.
Never boring and when I lack inspiration I re-watch the section at the beginning where Cher talks about the program. She doesn't pretend to be a fitness expert or the best at it and this is what really inspires combined with a proper instructor. It is like being in a class - without the expense or chore of going there.
Without a doubt the best fitness video or dvd I have ever bought (and I have drawers full of them)
