Good ending, but overall, it was below par.
This event features Mick Foley (Mankind)'s greatest match, if you are to believe Foley himself, and indeed, his epic 28-minute main event with the Champion Shawn Michaels was brilliant. If you are a fan of pure wrestling, get this event for that match alone.

However, if you want to get an event for entertainment purposes, look away. The main event finish was poor, featuring interference by Sid and The Undertaker, when a proper straight finish would have done the match justice.

The other matches on the card aren't brilliant, featuring The Undertaker against Goldust, The Smoking Gunns against Owen Hart and The British Bulldog, a old-timers match between Shawn Michaels's mentor Jose Lothario and Jim Cornette, Mark Henry against Jerry The King Lawler, Savio Vega against Justin Hawk Bradshaw, and Savio Vega against Marty Jannetty in his second match of the night.

Most of the matches fail to have any rythm and aren't particularly entertaining, although the Owen Hart-Bulldog team is typically good, as far as wrestling goes.

All in all, get this video if you need to add to a collection, or if you want to watch the main event, but don't get it if you want the most entertaining show the WWF has ever produced.

This is a pretty basic ppv for the wwf. shawn micheals takes mankind (mick foley) to a 5* match. this is the match which foley said is the best match he has ever wrestled in. the title match includes a massive back suplex from the top of the ropes to the outside through the anounce table.

nb these matches are not the best but the title match is one of the best matches i have ever seen.
