Manufacturer's Description
Video games do not get any more frantic than this. The Dreamcast sprite-handling capabilities are pushed to the limit and the screen is filled with enemy vehicles, aircraft bombs and bullets-all running at a slick 60 frames per second.

Players must fly and shoot their way through seven intensive levels packed with hundreds of enemy battleships. It's all about lightning fast reactions and over-the-top action. A pure adrenaline rush!

One of the best and hardest 2d shoot 'm ups5
Gigawing is a traditional vertical shoot 'm up. You can choose 4 different planes to play with with all different attacks. After choosing a plane the game starts. Of course the goal is to shoot yourself a way to the level and destroy the boss of each level. The points you get are dependant on the number of crystals you get from planes you shot down. Each crystal rises the multifactor of the score. This adds a great new part to the game as it makes it's important to get as many items as you can. The other important gameplayissue is that you have to use a shield at the right moments to defend yourself against incoming bullets. The game self is looking very well and there isn't really much slowdown. Also the game is very busy and some enemies are litrally shooting hunderds of bullets at you at once. This makes the games really difficult. So if you are an experienced player of 2d shoot 'm ups than this game is recommanded. If you have less experience with the genre then go for Gunbird 2 instead.

Bullet frenzy4
This game is a must for 2d-shooters fans; dozens of bullets on your screen at once, lots of frantic action. The graphics are ok, but not nearly as good as Zero Gunner 2 for instance. Still, if you are into this kinda game (and I am) get it (just don't forget to buy Zero Gunner 2 and Mars Matrix as well!)

Giga Wing4
Giga wing is often regarded as one of the Dreamcast's premium shooters. I believe that to be true, I have played it extensively since purchase, and it is full of character and great music. The sprite'd are fairly old-school, but that heightened my enjoyment. A must-have for shooter fans!
