Bardot Are The Best
For those who have already tasted Bardot's single "Poison" and enjoyed the experience, this album is for YOU! The album opens with the moody pop of "These Days", arguably the best track on the album. Sing-a-long pop is catered for with the beautiful piano based "Higer Than Heaven", the bouncy "Down" and the Supremes sounding "Holding On". This slick album showcases the vocal talents these girls posess, whether singing solo or harmonising together. I particularly like Sally's singing, she seems like a lovely, genuine girl :). This album blends RnB, pop, ballads and even country ("What Have You Done") to create a delicious disc that most people will enjoy. Plus, it's worth buying for the photography and art layout alone!
Great Pop cd!
This Australian girl group is awsome! There songs are great! plus Sophie is a babe! hee hee.
Standouts are P.s notice the songs are by track number.
1. These days. This is a nice little song with a awsome beat. It starts out with a nice but wierd beat. Then it turns happy!
4. Poison. Bardot's first smash single! It's a nice mellow pop tune with smooth vocals! The girls say "Be careful, because I can be Poison!"
6.Down. This song is probably my 2nd fave on the cd! It is a really fun song with a great beat! I blare this song on my stereo. It rocks!!!
8. What have you done. This song is my favorite on the album. It has a awsome folkrock/ country (ish) beat! the lyrics are great. They harmonize great on this song! 2 thumbs up!
11. Holding on. This is a nice Piano choring tune it's great!
Great cd!
A very good debut
I thoroughly enjoyed this CD. The voices are amazing when they sing harmonies as well as solos. A definate buy.
