An Introduction To Tai Chi Chi Kung
This DVD is a good introduction to the basic building blocks of Tai Chi ie: the ancient chinese practice of chi gong. The forms of Tai Chi are not covered however, so if this is what you are after, look elsewhere. It is however well produced and is of high quality.
Really nice DVD
This is definitely Chi Kung, the building blocks of Tai Chi, rather than Tai Chi itself, but it's a lovely DVD. The presenter is clear and soothing - I've used this DVD over and over and she hasn't got irritating at all - and it's filmed on a beach in a very tranquil and relaxing setting.
Tai chi chi kung
I found this a very enjoyable introduction to Tai chi.
The d.v.d is good quality. It has a well set out menu with scene access.
I started this after the birth of my son and found it gentle enough but exhilarating also.
It teaches you the history of Tai chi, the 18 stances of Tai chi and there is a very good de-stressing relaxation section.
