Oh, the pain!
As a real fan of Tae Bo, my husband and I bought this as an addition to the collection of 'Billy' videos we have already. This is the best one yet! Short and sweet (30 minutes), and my tummy is still feeling it now. One to work up to rather than start on. Brilliant though - try it!
Amazing
Well Billy has done it again. This short 30 min work out is very tough and i would only recommend it to people who work out regularly. After a short warm out you go straight into the abs work out then to the glutes and at the end Billy pushes you to do a couple of really tough abdominal exercises again. It is very hard and painful even but the results are amazing! My stomach is a lot flatter and stronger and my bum and thighs are a lot more toned. Doing this work out every so often gives a change to a normal tae bo exercise routine and perhaps gives better results. Overall this is great for someone who already enjoys a regular exercise routine. Otherwise i would reccommend a regular tae bo work out to get started.
Over before you know it!
I have never done a tae bo workout before, and found Billy Blanks' enthusiam extremely encouraging while doing this workout. It was a lot more fast paced than I expected an abs & glutes workout to be. However, it's an intense and novel way to work out. It even provided a bit of a cardiovascular workout! If you like to take your time and have every move explained every step of the way this is not necessarily for you. But as a fun supplement to an already healthy excercise regime, I would definitely recommend it.
