Vital plastic fantastics4
These six cases come in six different colours: pink, yellow, grey, dark and light blue; all see-through. They're stackable so if you do store them, you can store them together. You need things like these to keep storage down to a minimum whilst keeping them from getting dust on their circuitry. The only downside is that they're slightly on the blocky side and feel a bit too plasticky...

These are so useful they are really handy seeing as they stopped putting game boy and game boy advance cartridges in cases.
