Beyond The Realms Of death LIVE - AND ONLY HERE!!!5
The track listing for this is wrong.

As well as the normal 9 tracks from the original vinyl release, the cassette also has the 3 original extra tracks from the EP that was given away with initial copies of the album.

Beyond The Realms Of Death (Live) on side one, and Hell Bent For Leather, and Rock Forever (both Live) on side two - which are the same versions as the remastered CD.

Beyond The Realms Of Death however, is from the same recordings, but completely unavailable anywhere else, and is probably the ultimate version of the song, as are most of the others on this album.

Definately worth picking up, if only to own this very scarce recording of Priest's very own Stairway To Heaven.

I love this album (cd)5
As someone elese has stated this album is the only one that comes close to "live and dangerous" by Lizzy. I had this album on vinyl and played it to death, the cd is now also getting a hammering. I think Priest are a much underated band so if you are unsure as to buying this cd I say just go for it. If you like plain talking METAL you will enjoy the sounds of Judas Priest Unleashed In The East........

one of the best live albums ever!5
Listened to this album on cd the other night and there is no doubt about it has to be one of the best, if not the best live album on record, the others being Scorpions's Tokyo Tapes and Thin Lizzy's Live and dangerous.
Recorded on the killing machine tour of Japan 1978, Unleashed is a refreshing and adrenaline pumping listen all the way through and is a great showcase of an extraodinary live metal band at their peak. The selection of classic songs are played much faster and are much more energetic than the studio cuts, the twin axe attack of tipton and downing has never been better and Halford really is at the top of his game here, hitting high note after high note without having to think about it.

I first bought this album on vinyl back in the early 80's and it sounds better than ever on cd now, back then you got a free 7" single with bonus tracks rock forever, hell bent for leather and beyond the realms of death. On this cd there is unfortunately no beyond the realms which is a great shame as it is one of their best songs, the cd gives you the 2 aforementioned tracks plus delivering the goods and starbreaker in place of beyond the realms, 2 great songs but I know which track I'd rather have. However, this is a minor criticism as this truly is a must have cd for anyone even remotely into metal, it doesnt get much better than this!
