The Wormopaedia gives you an extensive catalog of weapons, tips and mythology, and additional special effects round out this fun and addictive game.

Worms World Party is the latest from the world of the Worms--the little critters with the cult following. For those who haven't come across the franchise before, it's a sort of mixture of Lemmings and Hogs of War--a turn-based battle which can only be won by careful planning and ingenuity.

As it's a turn-based game, you have to be aware of your actions and plan accordingly. The range of weapons available to you is not only vast but hilarious, from the conventional grenade to the bizarre sheep launcher. Use a mixture of weapons to pick off your opposition and emerge victorious. Weapon skill is vital and a range of training levels is available alongside the various playing modes which include death match, individual missions and time attack.

The graphics and sound are very good and the Worms are brimming with character; their mannerisms add a certain originality to the game. Those familiar with the Worms games will recognise Worms World Party and may be a little disappointed; however, die-hard fans and newcomers to the game will love it. --Chris Hall

over all a top game!
the first few time i played on worms world party i found it a little confusing but the controls were easy to pick up. i found after a few days i had really got into it and it beats all other games in the worms seiries hands down! to sum it up i love it! it is an exciting game with funny suprises! i would recomend this to any current worms fan!

Truly Tedious
I bought this game for my 7 year old son; based on the reviews here on Amazon.co.uk. Talk about a blast from the past! Graphics and gameplay such as this belong in the 80's!! The Training missions say it all really. You are expected to aim at targets that are off-screen; it is that bad. Don't waste your money.

blast from the past literally
seen the game on amazon and had to get it to relive my teenage years.the game was ordered on the sunday before the august bank holiday and was dispatched on the tuesday first class and arrived on the wednesday could not fault the service at all and are now enjoying hours of fun on a classic game.
