Editorial Reviews

CD Description
This is the first retrospective of the quirky Canadian guitar pop act's career. It includes two previously unreleased tracks, alongside two tracks which have never appeared on a Barenaked Ladies album before. Also featured are the hit singles, 'One Week', 'Brian Wilson' and 'Call & Answer'.

Customer Reviews

Another great one from BNL5
Despite the fact Barenaked ladies have had very little promotion over here since the release of 2000's album "Maroon", they do have a solid and ever-growing fan base in the UK.

Disc One: All Theirs Greatest Hits (an 'injoke' if you are familiar to BNL and the "Gordon" album) is a perfect starting point for new BNL fans. It contains tracks from all of their studio albums, including live versions, single versions (such as The Old Apartment) along with 4 tracks not on other BNL albums: The new songs "It's Only Me (The Wizard of Magicland)" and "Thanks That Was Fun" are a taster of things to come, while the songs "Get In Line" and "Lovers in A Dangerous Time" (A reworking of the Bruce Cocburn classic) have not previously been available on BNL releases.

In my eyes BNL can do no wrong, and if they get the promotion they deserve next time round, then a whole new generation is going to be exposed to in my opinion the best band in the world. Period! Oh, and if you get the chance, I reccommend checking them out live, it's not to be missed!!

Great way to get to know BNL4
This album is a great way to get to know the band and their music, although the best way to truly appreciate them is to see them live. If you get the opportunity, just go! You'll be hooked. The CD contains a great selection of the Band's songs, and not one track will disappoint you. In fact, it should just make you want to buy the entire BNL back catalogue - if you haven't already got it.
Buy. Listen. Enjoy.

Warning You may become addicted like me!5
I Purchased this album in febuary of 2005, (after seeing the video of 'One Week' again and remembering how much I loved it) and only 3 months later I had bought every single album in the Barenaked Ladies back catalougue! This album of course is the best of them, and the reason I Became addicted.

'The Old Apartment' starts of the album and became an immediate favourite. Another Immediate Favourite is 'Brian Wilson'. The Version on this album from their Live Album 'Rock Spectacle'. The Ladies show their quirkiness with tracks Like 'Be My Yoko Ono' and 'If had a Million Dollars'. They also show their emotional side with the only song that has ever brought a man-tear to my eye, 'What a Good Boy'. Non Barenaked Ladies fans may recognise 'It's all been done'. Not only because it was a hit over here, but also because it has featured in a few TV adverts!

With 2 new songs and arguably the best from their back catalougue. This is a Great CD for anybody who loves great music.
