walking gets easy!
I purchased this DVD in Florida 2004. I am knew i would be having an operation and planned to use it in my recovery. The DVD gives the choice of 3 workouts, and you can pick which is best for you. They are ideal if you have limited mobility or simply do not want to jump around. Any age would be able to do this DVD, and i think enjoy it as well. Leslie's easy style is pleasant and i think its easy to maintain doing the workout.
I would tell anyone give it a go!

Wow this is great!
I began this program while living in the United States. It helped my drop 50 pounds. Now I live in the United Kingdom and have just recently purchased it. It has helped me continue my weight loss. I love the different programs. It is great

Walking at home
I would like to say that the DVD below is great as you can do the walking at home and at any time. And you get 2DVDs I mile and a 2 mile you can choose which ever one want do and you feel good after you have done the exercise I am very happy with it.
