excellent introduction
I have had a gym ball for a while now but didn't have a clue how to use it. This dvd Shows you how to use the ball before going into the workout so you can practice moving on it until you feel comfortable. The workout is easy to follow and I felt Lucy explained everything really well, the fact you are also shown advanced moves means you will use it for longer as you progress. The biggest thing I like about this dvd though is the fact she doesn't feel the need to fill every second with the sound of her own voice!! I have purchased another of Lucy's dvds on the strength of this and have not been disappointed.

I own both of Lucy Knight's gym ball videos. This one is a more basic workout than the inch loss workout and has quite a few differences. It is slower paced and an excellent basic work-out. Lucy's form is superb and the workouts are both very thorough. None of the cutesey stuff found on many workout videos. the only thing i don't like is the music she uses. but this is a minor point. i use both videos alot.
This is the same as Inch loss workout
Although it has the a different title, this is the same dvd as the Gym ball Inch loss work out. I was really disapointed. I enjoyed the Inch loss work out but I don't think it is right that you can have the same DVD but under a different name.
