pretty quick match, you cant look away because the ending comes out of nowhere! 8/10

great high-flying match. loads of top rope stuff. worst refereeing in the world by lita... the ending was a fix!!! 9/10

WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS:

this bought is amazing. great match what you'll watch over and over again.
the best 3-D ever happens here. dudley'z pick up the big show. 9/10

HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP:
ROB VAN DAM VS. UNDERTAKER
hardcore match. could even pass off as an ECW match. includes, loads of weapons, rvd frog splashes off a 20 ft. exit way on taker through a tech area. the end was cool, rvd gets chokeslammed off the stage falling 15ft. through two tables!!!!!! 10/10

WOMENS CHAMPIONSHIP:
TRISH STRATUS VS. JAQUELINE
just a huge brawl from the divas. 8/10

WCW CHAMPIONSHIP:
THE ROCK VS. CHRIS JERICHO
nice main event match. not boring at all! Y2J controls the rock with lots of reversals and technical moves!!! 10/10

WWF CHAMPIONSHIP:
STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN VS. KURT ANGLE
not as good as the match before, but still good. stone cold takes a hard hit into the ring post!!! 9/10

basically whoever wins takes both world titles. great wrestling match. these guys get hit by chairs, brawl up the ramp, get hit with the steps and more!!! Y2J DDT'S stone cold through the announce table!!! 10/10

one undisputed champion
At the end of the invasion story which ended with survivor series,only one thing was left to do,and that was to merge the two given titles into one and make an undisputed championship,so the once known WCW championship became the world championship and this would merge with the WWF championship,three matches would take place to find the winner of this title.
First things first though,the event kicked off with a tag match between test and christian who went up against scotty 2 crappy,oops hotty,and albert who didnt look entirely comfortable leaping about like a salmon out of water.This match was ok,too much was given to scotty 2 hotty and albert to be honest but the contest was lively enough and didnt rot itself so thats an acceptable way to kick things off.
The intercontiental championship was contested next as the champion,edge,went up against william regal.This was a battle and a brawl but one worth watching,william regal performed very well,so well in fact that is worth noting that edge had to change his style to gain the upper hand,a good match.
Jeff hardy fought his brother matt next with lita as guest ref,the crowd were torn here and it was clear that this was going to be a close contest.This was a good match with both men enjoying spells of domination and showcasing their talents which arent that far removed from one another,a classy at times match with a tremendous pace and a little controversy thrown in at the end for good measure.
The WWF tag team championships were up next as the champs,the dudleys went up against kane and the big show.Essentailly what you get here is 4 big men slapping each other and one of the teams not functioning as a unit,this made it all just a bit sloppy and tedious,not a match worth talking about.
The hardcore championship was up next as the champ rob van dam went up against undertaker who was in heel mode at this point but the crowd didnt hate him though.This was a gruelling contest,the match was certainly open as the wrestlers took to the crowd and the arena and took some hard knocks,the ending was superb and i enjoyed this encounter.
The WWF womans championship was up next as trish fought jacquline,a real horror show.
The first of the three matches to decide the undisputed champion was up next as stonecold steve austin,who was at this point the WWF champion,went up against kurt angle.The winner would progress through to the final if you will.This match was very good but somehow i expected more,that is what happens when you know that you have two titans in the ring,being greedy is a bad thing i guess,i wanted more,but what i got was enjoyable,skilled,ambitious and rich in quality.
The world championship,formely WCW championship was contested next and the winner would meet the winner of previous match,this featured chris jericho going up against the champion,the rock.This match was easily the best of the night,a real eye opener in terms of chemistry and drive and determination,a stunning match.
The final was up next and i cant say who it featured for obvious reason as i dont do spoilers,what i can say is that it was a great contest with points of contention,comical at times also but good all the while,a great match and a good,solid event,maybe it isnt perfect but there is plenty to admire,3.5 stars.
