I don't like Reggae...I love it
The fourth release in Soul Jazz Records' Studio One series and the best since the original "Rockers" compilation.
Brought together here are some classic Studio 1 riddims, whose evocative sound has become something of a TV advertiser's favourite.
One Mister Coxsone S. Dodd should be rubbing his hands together and deservedly so, cos' the famous studio owner/producer proves his ears were the best in JA.

Brigadier Jerry's toast over a rather phat cut of "Love Me Forever" promoting love amongst all brethren is ESSENTIAL. Equally Jim Brown's "Seen Him" will have you skanking round your bedroom like a nutter. And if you just prefer pouting in front of the mirror with your chest puffed out, you couldnt choose a better soundtrack than "Rockfort Rock" by Prince Francis.

The latest in Soul Jazz Records Studio One series is well up to the high standard set by Rockers, Soul and Roots. A good selection of DJ sides, well presented with intelligent liner notes. Highly recommended!
