Customer Reviews
Good, but...
I bought this DVD in the hope it would help improve my fitness and help strengthen my back. It wasn't long before I was required to use blocks, I kind of carried on without, then I needed this huge bolster thing. So for about half of the DVD I did not have the bits and pieces I needed. Frustrating, but I would imagine if you went out and purchased what is required this could be a good fitness DVD.
Yoga props/blocks & belt
Rodney Yee is an excellent yoga teacher and anyone who is fairly new to yoga or not very supple should make sure they have at least x2 yoga blocks and a yoga belt plus non-slip yoga mat and you can easily get these items quite cheaply from sport shops & i think amazon sell the yoga kits too.
As for the bolster if you cant find one of those then you might be able to adapt with a large rolled up blanket, so please do get this DVD as you will be able to purchase the items needed quite easily.
Yoga kits often start around £9.99 that's what I paid for mine but obviously prices can vary.
Hope that helps.
