Christian vibe meets Nickleback4
I'm lent yet another Christian CD by a good mate. It takes me ages to get it into my hi-fi but for once I am pleasantly surprised. The man has mixed an incredible faith with amazing guitar and a sound not unlike the wonderful Nickleback. A cynical friend described him as "a bad Chad Kroeger" but I beg to differ. If you want something new that spreads the word and is bursting with one man's personal passion for the Lord, then you have to buy this. It's a personal album which I feel makes it better then your usual Christian stuff. It's not so much a worship album as an album based on personnal experiences but as a Christian, you'll be able to relate to it. Shove it on in the car or when you're doing the cooking and it's perfect. I even go to sleep to it. Youre heavy songs like "Stay" or "Take my life" will get you on your knees and the more melodic ones such as "Walk by faith" will make a bad day fade into non-exisitence. This is a Jars of Clay/Nickleback hybrid. A must have for any fan of Christian Music!

Christian Rock Of High Calibre5
Jeremy Camp is for people who like Creed And Lifehouse, with Mr Camps ability to write pumping anthems as well as intimate ballads this album, is great and versatile. So far everyone that I have ever played it to has enjoyed it. His lyrics are quite deep and hopeful, especially when you learn that he lost his wife to cancer six months after they had gotten married.

Some good tunes, some filler4
The first impression i got of this album was that the stand-out tracks really were that, however, there are some not so good tracks included here which means having to skip tracks which can be inconvenient. Conversely, the stand-out tracks including 'I Know you're calling' and 'walk by faith' are still of a good enough quality to warrant the album 4 stars. Fans of christian rock and christian music in general will really relate to this release and to them this will be a definite 5 star LP, however non-christians may find some of the lyrics devoid of meaning and it may therefore be harder to get involved in the lyrical meaning. Overall a good album with 4 or 5 really good tracks that fully warrants a 4 star rating.
