You Was Robbed Girl!5
Rosie Ribbons was one of the finalists in Pop Idol many moons ago. She was the little welsh girl/diva that made Pete Waterman cry (now, that deserves a few stars in itself) - in a good way, obviously.

Blink is a catchy little pop number that showed some real promise and climbed fairly high up the charts (top five) considering its limited promotion and airplay. In fact this track (and its vocalist) became a bit of a cult classic.

Sadly (again) Rosie's follow up single (Just a Little Bit), though another catchy little pop number, didn't chart as well. Poor Rosie vanished into obscurity and her album was shelved.

Personally I rather like her shelved album (don't ask me how I got it), but don't know if it was really the best way to showcase her obvious vocal talent. Ultimately I think the 'raunchy' direction she was made to take may have been her downfall (if you ever hear the album you'll know what I mean), but it's never too late Rosie! Come back you little star!

Pop idol with new attitude4
Rosie has gone her own direction with her debut single and her sassy songs and great voice deserve more recognition in terms of radio airplay. The CD includes a fine rap version of "Blink" and "Colours" is a beautiful ballard.Oh she also looks great dancing on the video too!

Does'nt matter if you blink she's still gonna' be here4
This single is by one of the dominent characters in Pop Idol. This single surprisingly is catchy and very easy to dance to, the lyrics may be a little out of place as they consist of words which ryme with dissed, etc. This is an R'n'B/Pop gem with all the ingredients, melody, harmony and control. Although you can't help thinking that if Rosie was'nt singing it, it would sound................well boring. But she is singing so it sounds fab. The remix is a more funked up R'n'B version of the song and makes this CD a little more interesting, the bonuis track was surprising as not only did Rosie write herself but she sang it at her Pop Idol audition. The track is beautiful as Rosie carries the song amazingly. To end this marvalous piece of precious pop is the Video CD-Rom which shows Rosie doin' her thang'. She looks stunning and has the finesse and equity of a well-established Diva. GO GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
