    The cartridge was advertised as being HP original and when it turned up it is actually in a box marked 'Supplies Team'. Put the cartridge in printer today and it doesn't work properly!! Will be getting in touch with supplier with a view for a refund/replacement

    Superfast delivery. Was a good idea taking it out of original HP box and putting it in Jiffy bag, it then went through the letterbox. Otherwise a trip to the sorting office would have been necessary. Great service at a great price, many thanks.
