Following in the footsteps of the greatest party games, Shrek: Super Party lets as many as four players enjoy competition that's designed specifically to build rivalries. Play as Shrek, Princess Fiona, Lord Farquaad, Monsieur Hood, Donkjey, or Thelonius, trying to make your way around the game board before the other characters can. Each of the 30 spaces on the board has a different mini-game on it, and winning these games will earn you drops of bug juice. The first player to collect 100 drops is crowned champion.

good!!!!!!!
this game is simply brilliant, me and my dad play this all the time, even when we have the likes off topspin, max payne 2 etc, You really can have immense ammounts of fun on this game, it is for the older people and the younger ones. It may take you a while though to get used to the game and the controls. Thanks for reading my review.

Shrek Super Party
My children (8 & 5) think this is the best X-Box game they have. The great thing is the variety of games there are. Even my youngest at 5 is better than me at most of the games. You need to ensure that children are using the smaller controller - rather than the standard one provided in the X-box. The game length can be adjusted to suit the time that you have (or the patience of the child) and if you don't have time for a tournament you can just play one game at a time to practice. The graphics are fantastic and it's just FUN, FUN, FUN all the way!!!

Excellent Fun for a young family/group of friends
I am writing this review in response to another reviewer making unfair and perhaps misleading comments, unless he is writing it from the perspective of a gamer playing it in his room on his own. This game is about fun, playability, super graphics and decent sound - my four year old daughter loves it, she plays the game with my eldest daughter (9), myself and recently my wife has got involved for the first time ever!!! The kids next door can't get enough of this game either - from 2 to 4 players it excels, I haven't played it on my own to check how enjoyable it is - the kids grab controllers as soon as the XBOX is fired up!!
Controls are very basic, the joystick used on its' own or in conjunction with the green, or red and green buttons. I have all the macho XBOX titles, but this has been played far more than any of them - unlike Nickelodeon, Super Shrek Party is an excelent multiplayer game in its own right, the characters merely serve to make a good game even better. Do not discount this title if you like to enjoy gaming with others. Highly recommended.
