ideal for anyone! No excuses!!
Brilliant... with army type drums to follow! harvey explains everything as you go along, with 3 army members to follow, One, doing the easy version, one the normal, and the one the advanced, so you take your pick. As another reviewer points out, and I agree, because each excercise only lasts for 30 secs with marching or jogging in between, it doesn't get boring and gives you a chance to get your breath back and think about the next excercise which Harvey is already telling you about, it makes them all more achievable. You repeat each circuit (each containing 10-15 different excercises, covering all parts of the body) 3 times, with the pace gradually picking up, but Harvey keeps you motivated in a regimental no nonsense "I know you can do it" mannor! winding down at the end with stretches, and leaving you feeling like you've just completed an army workout, saying to yourself "Yes.. I did it!!" and looking forward to doing it again tommorrow. after the redness had left my face (about an hour later!) my skin looked great and I felt Great. All cardio excercise does this, but with Harvey you wont give up and are more likely to see it through to the end, or he makes you feel lazy. The next day I felt like I'd done a decent workout and if your anything like me, where half the problem is getting yourself to do it in the first place, just put the DVD on and harvey makes you do the rest!! it's quite a laugh! Best excercise dvd I've ever bought, and certainly my most used.

Dig Deeper!
This is quite brilliant; I can't understand why it isn't more popular (maybe because Harvey is more cartoon villain than glam celebrity). Ideal for both women and men, it has many of the advantages of Nell McAndrew's Peak Energy but with the additional one of having three levels, so it genuinely is suitable for beginners through to advanced. Circuit-type training might not sound as much fun as say dance or even trad aerobics, but Harvey never leaves you on one movement for long and keeps you so motivated that the time flies by, even if you are doing the whole programme (warm up, 8 mins; 3x15 min circuits; cool down, 6 mins). You'll end up sweaty but feeling fantastic, and I don't know about you, but for me with Peak Energy all the pleasure is in how I feel afterwards; with this, it is fun at the time as well. I would recommend using this three times a week, and doing some Pilates in between for back strength and toning, maybe with the odd dance DVD day thrown in for a change, and you will notice the results really, really quickly. Dig deeper! as Harvey says. You know the drill!

FIGHTING FIT FIGHTING FAT WITH HARVEY WALDEN
I have really been holding back on getting this video in fear of how hard it would be. Finally I have just hit the wall with diet and exercise and needed someone to kick me in the arse and not waste my time and money. I wish I had gotten it long ago when I started watching his show. It is a superb video and fabulous workout. I see a difference in my body in just three weeks already. Harvey can you work me in? A definite one to get your bum into gear.
